Hotels

Due to an unexpected event in Cividale on 7.th of July, the Organizing Committee has been able to reserve rooms only at Hotel Roma (***). for a limited number of rooms (30). The Hotel is at walking distance from Congress site as well as from Cividale Center and other social events. Furthermore enough number of rooms have been reserved at the Civiform which is a students college with very comfortable double rooms with bathroom, but with tipical college conditions: for instance no bath towels are provided. The conditions are the following:

The cost is Euro 16.50 each person (vat included) i.e. Euro 33.00 each room (single or double occupancy) for one night and includes breakfast (at self-service cafeteria) and room cleaning. Other hotels are available in Udine (20 km from Cividale) which is connected by train to Cividale with a 25 minutes trip from Udine railway station to Cividale railway station which is at walking distance from Congress locations (10 minutes walk).
We recommend to book hotel rooms as well college rooms as soon as possible.
